PCE’s 45 mm co-rotating, twin-screw Theysohn TSK-45 extruder with full auxiliaries is available for demonstration, compounding, materials research, and pilot production. It is capable of delivering up to 800 pounds per hour and is equipped with segmented screws that can be quickly reconfigured to meet your specific needs. The 45 mm is also equipped with volumetric and gravimetric feeders, a liquid feed pump, a side feed extruder, and vacuum venting for precise process control and repeatable results.
