PLASTIC EXTRUSION AND PLASTIC COMPOUNDING

Our extrusion laboratory contains single screw extruders for making plastic film and plastic sheet, as well as twin screw extruders for compounding plastics and making pellets. Our staff is highly experienced in compounding a wide array of specialty fillers and additives into the base resin of your choice. Customers are invited to come and participate in the formulation and compounding of their materials. We can also mold test bars and plaques of your materials on our injection molding machine, and do physical property testing in our Polymers Testing Lab.

Many of the projects carried out by PCE for client companies are centered in the Extrusion Lab.
