Strategic US Expansion Opportunity For International Equipment Suppliers To The Polymer & Plastics Industry

For international polymer-related companies interested in expanding into the US market, The Polymers Center has developed a “Nesting Program” to help.

A brand-new expansion at The Polymers Center, completed this year, added 12,000 sq ft to the facility, including 6 new offices. The Polymers Center is offering the opportunity to house businesses that need office and warehouse space to set up shop.

Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, the facility is situated in the University Research Park, minutes from I-85 and UNC Charlotte. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is 20 minutes away and the three ports within a five-hour drive – Wilmington, NC, Morehead City, NC, and Charleston, SC.

North Carolina has a robust plastics industry, with the fifth-largest workforce in the US for this sector. The state boasts a significant number of manufacturing establishments and employees, with growth rates exceeding the national average. Several global headquarters of plastics manufacturers are in North Carolina.

Benefits of ‘nesting’ at The Polymers Center include:

• 12 x 12 fully furnished office

• Warehouse space for inventory

• Space in our lab for your equipment to support trials

• Tenant signage on the property
