In early December, more than twenty-five members of the Maag sales and technical team discussed their plans for the upcoming year and enjoyed some of the advantages provided by the staff of the Polymers Center.

In the Extrusion Lab, the Maag team got their collective hands dirty using some of the company’s equipment that is integral to the extrusion process. They experienced first-hand the versatility in performing R&D test compounding, including different screw designs, film dies, underwater and strand pelletizers. From there they got into the materials science lab, where they utilized the tools used in materials evaluation.
